Billing FAQ

Find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about plans and billing.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Payments by bank transfer are subject to agreement by our Client Solutions team, and typically reserved for payments greater than $1000.

We accept USD, EUR and GBP.

Where can I find the invoices for my payments?

All invoices can be found and downloaded directly from the Invoices page in our Client Panel's Billing section.

Why is my CDN Credit in a negative balance?

For Monthly Plan & Growth Plan clients, CDN Credit is used to pay for additional services not included in the monthly traffic payment. This may include overages, storage, logs, etc.

More information on the specific deductions can be found at the bottom of the Billing Overview page in the Client Panel.

You can top up your CDN Credit here.

Where can I change my billing information?

Billing information can be updated directly on the Billing details page

Can I set my account to automatically renew every month? What about CDN Credit top ups?

You can set your Monthly Plan or Growth Plan to renew automatically each month

We highly recommend this setting enabled to keep the account management as simple as possible and ensure the account renews when necessary. Monthly renewals are charged on the last day of each month.

When the CDN Credit auto-recharge feature is enabled, it will recharge your CDN Credit (see above) when the balance falls into negative.

Both features can be enabled in the Payment settings page of the Client Panel.

Can I save a credit card to be used in the future?

When newly adding a credit card, you can save it for future use. This will come in handy especially if you want to use the monthly Auto-renewal and/or CDN Credit Auto-recharge features.

It's necessary to make a payment to save the new card, either by renewing your service plan or topping up your CDN Credit
